So I've been feeling bad that I haven't worked out in a few days, but I have been doing a lot of sewing. So it's not that I've just been sitting on the couch with a bag of chips (although the leftover Halloween candy is rapidly disappearing). So the question is: treadmill or sewing machine?

That's one of my constant battles as well. By the time I get home from work, workout, shower, and eat dinner it's already 9pm. What about strapping some weights to your arms and legs while you sew? Never tried it personally, but I just LOVE multi-tasking.
Hmm...I do have some wrist weights! Maybe I should wear them while sewing...
